Our Foundation
Through thoughtful audio, video, and live experiences, we support the whole person. Members are invited to engage in practices that calm the mind, nourish the body, and support spiritual encouragement. Participation here isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing what restores you.
Why Our Retreat Center Exists
We were created from lived experience.
As an artist, business owner, digital nomad, parent, caregiver, I needed support and many times I could not find it. Getting away seemed more like a time and money burden than a treat. It seemed like my needs and my availability were always outside of normal business hours.
Over the years I turned to wellness apps, social media, and YouTube channels but those soon became riddled with ads, perspectives I didn’t align with, distractions, or algorithms that blocked me from seeing what I signed up for in the first place.
It was this need, that caused me to create Allswell Lifestyle.
The promise is simple. We are a place you can come to anytime from anywhere in the world to find peace, be empowered, and have your sense of self renewed.
What We Feel Like
We are an intentionally quiet digital space that you can access via your phone or computer. You enter our retreat center and encounter audio, video, and opportunities to express yourself in a safe space that is far away from ads, algorithms, and distractions.
We are: Warm. Steady. Supportive. Positive. Fun. Quiet.
Our practices: Can be accessed and completed in minutes.
With us you’re welcomed as you are and encouraged to participate in ways that feel nourishing and sustainable. Some days that might look like quietly listening. Other days it might look like joining a live event, building a consistent practice, celebrating, or connecting more deeply by expressing yourself in our center.
